Pawpaw, the versatile fruit! When fresh pawpaws aren’t available, our premium frozen pulp is the best substitute. Pawpaws can be baked or cooked into your favorite desserts or entrees as well as used frozen for delicious smoothies and ice creams.

Best results are achieved when used frozen by blending with other ingredients or immediately after thawing. As the pulp thaws oxidation occurs and the pulp will begin to darken similar to a banana or avocado.
